Position: HR Executive Location: Sector 63, Noida, 201301 Experience: 2+ years in HR (E-commerce or Startup experience preferred) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time About Us Bookchor Literary Solution Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce platform specializing in [Books, Fashion, Electronics, etc.]. We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance . Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding). Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals . Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. 2. Employee Onboarding & Training Manage new employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation . Assist in training and development programs for employees and interns. 3. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases . Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams . Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations . 4. Employee Engagement & Retention Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building sessions . Address employee grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution . Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention strategies. 5. Performance Management & Appraisals Assist in performance evaluations and appraisal processes . Work with department heads to set KPIs and performance metrics . 6. HR Policy Development Draft and implement HR policies, leave policies, and workplace guidelines . Keep policies updated based on industry best practices and legal requirements . Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-growing company. Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement . Tools: Experience with HR software (Zoho, BambooHR, Keka, or similar) . Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and tax regulations . Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Why Join Us?
