Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Prepare interview schedules, send reminders to candidates, and coordinate logistics for on-site or remote interviews. Follow up with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates until offers are extended and accepted. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
