Job Description

HR Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, performance management, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and documentation using HRIS systems.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR policies, supporting audits and adherence.
Address and resolve employee queries regarding HR issues, benefits, leave, payroll, and policies.
Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits programs.
Participate in recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives that improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver a positive employee experience and address grievances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of HR procedures, onboarding, records management, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR software tools.
Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, data management, and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
