Job Description

  • Responsible for screening & shortlisting of Contractual Manpower as per organizations requirement.
  • Responsible for enrolment of each & every employee (on role & off role) at face recognition machine on the date of joining.
  • Responsible for joining formalities of manpower & maintain the personal records(documents) of each employee.
  • Responsible for ensuring the 100% atomization in Time Office processes, such as - attendance recording, OT Recording, Leave Management, Shift Management etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring & verification of Attendance, OT Statements & Late Coming of employees. Finalizing the attendance input and forwarding to Payroll Team.
  • Timely ensure compliance under contract labour management & responsible for timely & accurately updating of compliance portal.
  • Responsible for preparation & sharing of multiple MISs on Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly basis related to Time Office & Contractual Manpower.
  • Responsible for verification & Verification of bills & compliances of Contract labour vendors and timely submit to accounts dept for the payment.
  • Responsible for Redressal of Employee’s Grievances.
  • Responsible for Employee Communications (New Hire Org Announcement, Anniversaries, Newborn, Welcome Back, WhatsApp groups, Job role changes, promotions, exits, etc.).
  • Responsible for conducting exit interviews, exit formalities of left employees well in time i.e. - No Dues of Employees, Full & Final settlement, Reliving Letters etc.
