Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances, engagement, and performance appraisals to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, induction sessions, and ensure a smooth new-employee experience.
  • Coordinate training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws by maintaining statutory registers and records.
  • Manage monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with the accounts team for accurate salary disbursement, and track leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles or related fields.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, recruitment best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
