What You'll Do:

Onboarding US consultants on the company's W2 or Contract by making sure to be strategically be in connection with them and make their onboarding experience a smooth one.
Initiating Offer letters, employment agreement and handbook for the consultants as a part of onboarding process before their joining date.
Handling a portion of immigration by helping consultants to complete their I9 and maintain the same in company HRMS system.
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, seamless onboarding, and engaging employee programs.
Efficiently manage and maintain HR data and activities.
Nurture positive employee relations and expertly resolve inquiries.
Coordinate impactful training and development initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Provide support for US payroll functions, including timesheet management.
Utilize various HR applications to streamline processes and data management.

Who You Are:

Based in Hyderabad and ready for a night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
You have experience with US payroll support and timesheets.
You're familiar with and have experience working with HR applications.
You're energetic, keen to learn, and genuinely excited about your work.
You're spunky, talkative, presentable, and confident in your communication.
