Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations, including joining formalities, induction, attendance management, leave administration, and MIS updation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of HR activities such as recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records in HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by conducting regular audits and reporting discrepancies.
  • Provide support for generalist HR tasks like query resolution, document verification, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in an industrial setting or similar environment.
  • MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, coordination, reporting, and administration principles.
