Role & responsibilities : Source candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna & etc,). Screening the resumes, Coordinate and schedule interviews. Conduct background checks and reference checks as necessary. Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations, documentation, approval process and releasing final offer. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Managing Employee documentation, ensuring all records updated with company policy. Managing & Supporting in the Preparation & Maintenance of Employee related Contract, letters, Personal Filling of documents . should be engaged in F&F Process. Maintain and update the master trackers . Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 3 -6 years. Minimum Graduate (MBA in HR will be preferred). Good Communication Skills: End To End Recruitment, Sourcing from Job portal(Naukri, Indeed), Screening, Conducting Interviews, Offer Generating, HR Operation, Documentation, Background Verification, Joining Formalities, Employee Life cycle management Note: Immediate Joiner Preferred.
