Role & responsibilities: Perform regular inspections of crusher systems to identify potential faults and perform preventive maintenance. Technical knowledge about crusher parts and their function. Knowledge about crusher hammer balancing. Implementation of look, Listen, feel (LLF) to monitor performance. Having knowledge of condition base monitoring (CBM) of crusher and its axillaries system. Monitoring of wear pattern inside of crusher (Hammer & Breaker plate etc) Monitoring the key spare inventory related crusher as per there consumption pattern and frequency of change. Having the good Knowledge about Crusher types, specification and technical details. Having the knowledge about crusher healthiness monitoring process/system. Having the experience about the health status of crusher and defects identification & mitigation plan. Knowledge about improving performance of crusher and improve reliability. Respond to break-downs and emergency calls quickly to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. To handle all the necessary equipment related to crusher maintenance works. Maintain all the equipment in healthy and safe condition to avoid breakdowns. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks. Monitor crusher operations closely, rectifying any issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with other team members to solve complex mechanical or technical issues associated with the conveyor systems.
