Job Title: HR Executive Lateral Hiring

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office

Experience: 2 - 3 Years (End-to-End Recruitment)

We are looking for an HR Executive (Lateral Hiring) to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across domains.

Do you have experience in FAO hiring? If yes, it will be an added advantage!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lateral hiring (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (any domain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
