We primarily serve U.S.-based clients and support entrepreneurs and online businesses in scaling their operations efficiently.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and maintain joining documentation.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).
  • Support payroll coordination, F&F settlements, and exit formalities.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, discipline, and workplace guidelines.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and process-driven. You should be comfortable handling recruitment targets, employee coordination, and HR documentation while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
