HR- Employee relations intern

To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement, have a solid understanding of HR Policies, Labor, and Employment Law, and demonstrate experience in Performance Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR software. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this on-site position in Bhopal.
