Job Summary

HR cum Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities

Administration

  • Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee facility management and office maintenance
  • Handle travel arrangements, asset management, and documentation
  • Coordinate with external agencies, service providers, and consultants
  • Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document control
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive / HR & Admin Executive
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
