Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR + CRM Executive to handle both human resources operations and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will oversee employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, CRM data handling, and client communication to ensure smooth internal and external business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Plan employee engagement and performance evaluation programs.

Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

Manage client communication, track project progress, and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain and update client data in the CRM system accurately.

Follow up with clients for feedback and support requirements.

Coordinate between the technical and client teams for project updates and issue resolution.

Generate CRM reports for analysis of client engagement and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR or CRM roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
