As an HR Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with senior HR and performing assigned tasks. - Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals. - Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role. - Be familiar with various recruiting platforms and adept at using social media for candidate sourcing.
