Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance & leave management.
  • Support performance reviews and training coordination.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and queries.
  • Liaise with external agencies and consultants as needed.
