Description
As an HR Coordinator at JLL, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily activities in the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new employees, offboarding leavers, scheduling candidate interviews, and providing analytical and administrative support to the EMEA HR Team. You will be responsible for updating internal databases with new employee information, onboarding candidates onto client systems, addressing employee queries, and preparing HR-related reports on a monthly basis for Global and EMEA based leadership teams. Additionally, you will coordinate and oversee the background check process lifecycle, cooperate with vendors and candidates, and manage internal and external communications with managers and candidates. Your day-to-day activities will vary, requiring you to demonstrate your ingenuity and willingness to learn. To excel in this role, you should have experience with MS Office, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills in English, the ability to work well in a team, analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn.
