Job Description

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day relationship and operations for one of our largest US-based enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee communications and coordination among 200+ India-based employees supporting the client, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and retention. You will serve as the central liaison between the clients hiring managers, procurement/finance teams, and our internal HR and operations teams. Owning the full employee lifecycle, you will handle tasks ranging from hiring coordination to onboarding, access provisioning, and day-to-day issue resolution. Collaborating with the India Head of HR, you will manage employee communications, policy updates, pulse checks, and retention efforts effectively. In this role, you will be required to coordinate regular reports on headcount, hiring status, onboarding SLAs, and team engagement metrics. You will streamline onboarding, offboarding, and transitions in alignment with client processes and expectations, while proactively resolving operational issues affecting employees or client teams. Your experience of 5+ years in HR operations, people programs, or talent delivery within the BPO, IT services, or global consulting environment will be invaluable. Prior exposure to supporting enterprise clients in a staff augmentation or global capability center model is essential. Strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity and scale are prerequisites for success in this role. Furthermore, your background in HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and people analytics will be beneficial as you work towards continuously improving our people operations systems and delivery model at scale. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring plans, onboarding schedules, and service expectations.
