We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Sr. Manager, Human Resources. In this role, you will report to the VP Growth Operations/India Country VP/Senior Director - HR and be based in Gurugram, India at the Truevantage HQ. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days a week in the office. Due to close collaboration with US-based colleagues, the work hours will be between 2 pm and 12 am IST until further notice. Founded in June 2023, Crete Professionals Alliance (Crete PA) is focused on driving growth across accounting and professional service firms in the United States. Truevantage Business Services is the India subsidiary of Crete Professionals Alliance HoldCo LLC. As the Sr. Manager, Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle and HR operations in India. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records in compliance with Indian labor laws, managing training programs, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, and supporting HR compliance and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HR experience in a professional services or multinational environment, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, HRIS systems, and onboarding platforms is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are required. Prior experience in employee onboarding and HR operations, as well as HR certification, will be advantageous. Job Role: Executive HR Transformation & Operations Years of Experience: 1-4 Years Work Location: Gurgao n About the Role The Onboarding Specialist in the HR Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. This position is responsible for guiding new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing a positive first impression of the organization. The Onboarding Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for a seamless transition of new employees into their roles. Responsibilities 1. Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, welcome kits, and necessary documentation. Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions, including orientation, training, and introductions to key team members. 2. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. 3. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with hiring managers, IT, facilities, and other relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment, access, and workspace. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns. Facilitate effective communication between new employees and their respective teams. 4. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding process. Stay updated with best practices and trends in onboarding and HR operations. Propose and implement enhancements to the onboarding program to improve efficiency and employee experience. 5. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key onboarding metrics, such as completion rates, time-to-productivity, and employee satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Mandatory Skills and Requirements Educational Background: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding and employee integration. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and onboarding platforms. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with new hires and stakeholders. Other Requirements: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
