Job Title: HR Business Partner Sales & Marketing

HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
Sales & Marketing hiring
and workforce planning.
Drive
performance review cycles
, incentive programs, and closures.
Coordinate
sales training programs
and track effectiveness.
Implement
HR digitization initiatives
and leverage AI tools for HR analytics.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
Foster employee engagement and resolve team-specific challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
MBA in HR from a reputed institute (Full-time).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR business partnering with strong exposure to Sales hiring and HR operations.
Preferred
Male candidates
only.
Technical Skills:

Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) and HRMS platforms.

Language:
Hindi speaking mandatory; English proficiency required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
