                                Role Overview: As a Human Resource Business Partner at Armstrong Fluid Technology in India, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, compliance, and HR operations. By fostering a productive and engaged workforce, you will support the business growth and success.  Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding:   - Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for non-executive roles, including job postings, compensation reviews, and collaboration with recruitment agencies.   - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding processes for new employees.  - HR Programs & Initiatives:   - Participate in workplace safety and sustainability initiatives, facilitate changes to benefits policies, and execute organizational programs to align with company objectives.   - Review and recommend improvements to streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and implement standardized training programs.  - Employee Relations & Engagement:   - Address HR inquiries, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on performance and disciplinary matters.   - Coordinate performance evaluations, merit reviews, and engagement initiatives to drive continuous development and accountability.  - Compensation, Benefits & Administration:   - Collaborate with managers to review and adjust compensation, oversee benefits administration, manage leaves of absence, and process benefit changes related to life events.  - HR Operations, Compliance & Process Improvement:   - Administer HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase operational efficiency.   - Monitor safety compliance, contribute to sustainability projects, and lead HR projects focused on process improvement.  Qualification Required: - Education and Experience:   - Bachelors or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources or a related field.   - 4-5 years of HR experience in engineering, manufacturing, or distribution in an industrial environment.   - Familiarity with automated HR systems and exposure to large organizations.  - Technical Skills:   - Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, regulations, and practices.   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including basic Excel skills.   - Knowledge of local employment laws, health and safety regulations, and unionized labor environments.  - Soft Skills:   - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, problem-solving skills, and conflict management abilities.   - Strong communication skills, team-oriented leadership, and a proactive mindset.   - Self-motivated, adaptable, with multitasking abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
