About the Role:

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

high-impact, target-driven role

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end

  bulk recruitment

  for Banking and Logistics verticals.
• Leverage existing

  channel partner/vendor network

  to source large volumes of candidates.
• Collaborate closely with internal business teams to understand hiring needs and manpower plans.
• Ensure

  TAT (Turn Around Time) adherence

  for all open positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in

  bulk/volume recruitment

  within Banking, Logistics, or similar sectors.

• Mandatory:

  Active and strong network of

  channel partners/vendors

  for bulk hiring.
• Ability to manage high recruitment targets and strict timelines.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
