Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Siliguri. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role includes working closely with company management to support and align HR initiatives with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Performance Management strategies
• Strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
