Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to support our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on end-to-end recruitment, along with contributing to general HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

• Manage recruitment across functions and properties, from sourcing to selection
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifications
• Source candidates through various platforms, including portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures
• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

HR Operations

• Support onboarding, induction, and documentation of new joiners
• Maintain HR records and employee database
• Assist with HRMS data entry and updates
• Coordinate engagement activities and internal communications
• Help ensure policy compliance and assist with audits

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRMS tools
• Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
