HR Associate

Job Title:

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to attendance, payroll, and benefits.
• Support the HR team with organizing training programs and workshops for factory staff to enhance skill development and safety awareness.
• Monitor employee performance and provide support for performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure the implementation of company policies and practices in the factory setting.
• Help with maintaining a positive work culture by facilitating employee engagement activities and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Assist with HR reporting and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment efforts for factory/plant positions, including conducting interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Well versed with Ms Office.

Skills required

• Strong interest in starting a career in HR, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic understanding of labor laws, HR processes, and factory operations (or willingness to learn).
