Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer management.
Draft and update job descriptions based on manpower requirements.
Conduct pre-joining formalities, background verification, and documentation.
Organize and deliver employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs, coordinating with departments for access, ID creation, IT setup, etc.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
Handle the offboarding process including resignations, clearance, exit interviews, and Full & Final settlements, ensuring timely issuance of relieving letters.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS for recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
1–3 years of HR experience (internship/fresher with strong skills can also apply).
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
