HR Assistant

Role Overview: As an HR Assistant at Ziya Academy LLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee records, and contributing to the development of a healthy workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases efficiently - Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees - Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace morale - Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations at all times - Provide general administrative support to the HR department for smooth operations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 02 years of relevant experience required (Freshers may apply) - Good understanding of HR functions and best practices - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and well-organized approach towards tasks Additional Company Details: Ziya Academy LLP is a growing educational institution committed to delivering quality learning experiences.
