Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee onboarding and exit processes, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.

Employee Onboarding & Exit (Hiring & Firing)

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Support the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and events.
  • Support in conducting employee feedback surveys and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and morale.

HR Operations & Management

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and compliance-related documentation.
  • Provide support in policy implementation and adherence.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR software.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
