Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee onboarding and exit processes, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR management. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support in preparing offer letters and joining formalities. Employee Onboarding & Exit (Hiring & Firing) Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction programs. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Support the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and documentation. Employee Engagement Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and events. Support in conducting employee feedback surveys and follow-up actions. Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and morale. HR Operations & Management Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files. Assist in payroll inputs and compliance-related documentation. Provide support in policy implementation and adherence. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR software. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
