HR Assistant – Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the recruitment team with sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for various roles.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.- Help in preparing and posting job descriptions on different platforms.- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering queries.- Support the team in organizing recruitment events and campus drives.- Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports related to the recruitment process.Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position, offering flexibility and a unique opportunity to gain project-based experience in a professional setting.
