Job Title - HR Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support and strengthen the HR function at our manufacturing plant in Hathras. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting recruitment and performance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support end-to-end HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, and exit formalities.

· Coordinate and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRMIS reports.

· Maintain compliance with all labour laws, PF/ESIC, Factories Act, and other statutory regulations.

· Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at the plant level.

· Monitor employee engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and team-building activities.

· Promote a safe work environment by working closely with EHS and operations teams.

Key Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate. An MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent would be an added advantage.

Experience:

0–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup preferred. Fresher’s can apply.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and document handling.
