As an HR Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in handling various responsibilities effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and conducting follow-ups. - Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation accurately. - Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly. - Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to HR initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at all times. - Prepare HR reports and provide assistance during audits when required. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or HR Executive. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools for accurate HR data management. You will be working full-time at our location in Warangal, Telangana. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required for effective communication with employees.
