Job Description

Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases
Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

Experience :

Prior experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, is often required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) software are essential.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
