Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support HR processes like onboarding, induction, and training coordination. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations. Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as required. Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
