HR Assistant

As part of our expanding team, we are seeking passionate professionals who align with our commitment to excellence, organization, and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and ensure regular updates in HR databases. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documents, and facilitating orientation. - Assist in visa, travel, and relocation documentation for international hires when necessary. - Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities. - Handle general HR correspondence, inquiries, and provide administrative support. - Uphold compliance with company policies and maintain the confidentiality of all HR matters. - Collaborate closely with management to nurture Olegio's professional and creative workplace culture. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with a preference for experience in hospitality, events, or creative industries. - Exhibit strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken). - Demonstrate excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools or ATS systems is advantageous. - Embrace a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. **Why Join Olegio:** - Become a part of a creative and growing brand with global exposure. - Engage in projects closely with leadership in India and abroad. - Thrive in a dynamic and friendly work environment that values initiative.
