Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for various HR functions including onboarding, statutory compliance, employee relations, training & development, HR documentation, and welfare & engagement. You should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or an MBA in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or plant-based HR role. A good understanding of labor laws and compliance is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, or biometric tools. Strong communication and coordination skills are also required. Knowledge of Hindi and the local language is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
