You should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or an MBA in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or plant-based HR role. A good understanding of labor laws and compliance is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, or biometric tools. Strong communication and coordination skills are also required.
