HR Assistant (Internship)

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall employee engagement and retention efforts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, which includes processing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and managing employee training logistics. - Supporting HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents. - Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster employee engagement and retention. - Contributing to employee relations activities by helping with conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes. - Assisting in HR projects and initiatives like employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives. - Keeping abreast of HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance HR effectiveness.
