HR Assistant / HR Executive

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant, your role will involve assisting in the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offer letters, and managing the onboarding process and orientation for new hires. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals - Scheduling and coordinating interviews and follow-ups - Conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters - Managing the onboarding process and orientation for new hires In order to qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 0-1 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internships may also apply) - Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information Additionally, you will be involved in Employee Engagement by assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events. In HR Operations, you will be required to maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files, as well as process employee documentation such as confirmations, transfers, and resignations.
