As a Manager, Senior Central Testing Analyst within the Clinical Data Sciences (CDS) group of the Clinical Development & Operations (CD&O) organization at Pfizer, your primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for assigned studies. You will collaborate closely with various teams including Clinical Data Scientists, Data Managers, Clinical Database Management, Data Management Reporting and Analytics (DMRA), and other groups within CDS to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables that support the Pfizer portfolio. This role is for a Group Leader - Application Testing to lead a team in ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and team collaboration, with a focus on documenting, tracking, and resolving defects to ensure a high-quality user experience. Responsibilities Identify rules and data needed for testing various portals and web applications. Draft and document test cases and test results . Perform manual testing of web applications in different environments and on Android and iPhone devices . Track and resolve reported defects using Team Foundation Server (TFS) . Prepare comprehensive test reports . Collaborate with development and testing teams in an offshore/on-site model. Analyze client inquiries, document them using BRD/SRD templates , and assess their relevance and impact. Prioritize requirements by conducting brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and SMEs. Create Use Cases, BRD, and various workflow diagrams . Develop wireframes for dashboards and screens using tools like Balsamiq . Perform sanity/smoke testing of implemented code.
