Sales Associates – Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Palram products to walk-in customers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
• Support the regional sales team in managing key accounts and dealer relationships.
• Maintain and update CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
• Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the retail/building material segment.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, building materials, hardware, or industrial products preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
