Job Summary

detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / HR Administrator


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the

    end-to-end onboarding process

    , including documentation, coordination, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain and update

    employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

    , ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in

    attendance and time-tracking administration

    , addressing employee queries and ensuring policy adherence.
  • Provide

    day-to-day HR administrative support

    , serving as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and internal communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
  • Support

    payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance

    by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Assist in

    HR policy communication

    , document preparation, and audit support activities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • 2–4 years of experience

    in HR administration, HR operations, or HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of

    HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance tools

    is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva).
