HR Assistant

As a Female HR Recruiter at our IT Company in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining a candidate database, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings and stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for job roles - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding - Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates - Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices Qualifications: - Master's degree in HR - Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement.
