Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR functions, preferably within the IT industry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.

  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.

  • Coordinate training, meetings, and performance review processes.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (experience in IT industry is an added advantage).

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
