Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist

Position Overview

The Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for software products and processes. This role involves working closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation such as user manuals, guides, and online help resources. The Technical Writer ensures that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Experience in writing documentation for software products.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Microsoft Word).
• Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
