HR Assistant

As an HR Executive at Enerture, a dynamic and innovative company in Gurugram, your role will involve managing various HR functions to ensure a positive work culture and employee growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment and Onboarding: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer rollouts. - Coordinating onboarding processes for smooth integration of new hires. - Employee Engagement: - Planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture. - Addressing employee grievances and concerns while maintaining a constructive work environment. - Maintaining and updating employee records as per regulatory requirements. - Policy Implementation: - Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization. - Drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies as required. - Performance Management: - Assisting in the performance appraisal process and coordinating periodic reviews. - Supporting managers in addressing performance-related issues. - HR Reporting: - Preparing and maintaining HR reports, including employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment status. Key Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setup. - Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
