Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant HR to support daily human resource operations, employee documentation, attendance management, and basic compliance tasks. Ideal for candidates with foundational HR experience and a keen interest in HR processes and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files.
• Support recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Help in managing attendance, leaves, and shift data.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain HR-related documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with payroll or accounts for basic employee data.
• Ensure HR policies are followed at the ground level.
• Support in organizing employee engagement or training activities.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BA/Any Graduate)
• Diploma or certification in HR preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
