Job Title: Assistant HR

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Mehsana, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant HR to support daily human resource operations, employee documentation, attendance management, and basic compliance tasks. Ideal for candidates with foundational HR experience and a keen interest in HR processes and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files.
Support recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help in managing attendance, leaves, and shift data.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain HR-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with payroll or accounts for basic employee data.
Ensure HR policies are followed at the ground level.
Support in organizing employee engagement or training activities.

Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BA/Any Graduate)
Diploma or certification in HR preferred.
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
Good verbal and written communication.
Detail-oriented with organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
