HR Assistant

• Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms,Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up on hiring status,Prepare offer letters and joining documents

Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction, ID card issuance, etc.).

• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
• Collect and verify joining forms, bank details, and ID proofs,Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
• Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
• Compile and verify attendance sheets from departments.
• Assist in preparing monthly salary inputs (leave, overtime, deductions).
• Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing.
• Help in preparing and maintaining PF, ESIC, and other statutory records.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.

• Circulate HR notices, memos, and official communication.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities or training sessions.

Pay: ₹9,024.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
