HR Assistant

As an Employee Records and Data Management personnel, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and update employee records with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality. You will be in charge of managing HR databases, ensuring proper record-keeping of employee information, and processing and filing employee documentation, which includes contracts, performance reviews, and other HR-related paperwork. In the Recruitment and Onboarding domain, you will play a crucial role in assisting the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting background checks, reference checks, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. This involves conducting orientations and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. Employee Relations and Support will also fall under your purview where you will address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. You will provide administrative support for employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, and assist in performance management processes while tracking employee performance. Furthermore, you will assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including tasks such as enrollment, claims processing, and communication with vendors to ensure smooth benefits delivery. Your role will also involve ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and company policies while preparing and submitting various HR-related reports like headcount reports, turnover reports, and performance metrics reports.
