HR Assistant

Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Assistant role. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including but not limited to HR management, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. The Human Resources Assistant will ensure that the company's HR policies are implemented effectively while working closely with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications-

• knowledge and experience in HR Management,
• Bachelor's degree ,
• 2 or more years of experience in Hospital sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
